Regions & Locations

Below are a list of regions where we are currently operating in, and also some key areas of focus that we are actively looking for key partners to join our team and help the launch process. However, if we find an ideal candidate for a partner in a qualified area, we are excited to launch a new region anywhere that qualifies.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Qualification Standards

When we seek to determine if a region would be a likely successful area for The Turner Portfolio to launch and thrive, we seek to meet the following criteria:

1. Population

The region needs to have a population size of at least 500,000. This doesn’t have to be in 1 city only, it can be in a collection of cities that are all within a close driving distance.

2. Urban Area

The main population must be in a somewhat urban city. Our businesses serve other businesses…not consumers. So we need to be in an area that has a high density of businesses.

3. Close Radius

It is important that the driving distance between businesses that we may service is generally close enough for a reasonable commute. Extremely spread out locations, requiring a driving distance of 45+ mins between each location makes it difficult to do the job well.

4. Healthy Growth

It is important that we are investing our time and efforts into building market share in a region that is growing and thriving.
